At Nubilee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all Nubilee tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
